Connexy (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a North American-based agency that connects individuals from Canada and the United States with certified dental clinics abroad, primarily in Turkey.

We facilitate communication, provide personalized quotes based on dental photos or x-rays, and assist with travel coordination for treatment abroad.

2. Services Provided

Connexy acts as an intermediary between patients and international dental clinics. Our services include:

Collecting patient information, photos, and/or x-raysRequesting and delivering treatment quotes.

Coordinating appointments with trusted dental clinics.

Assisting with travel logistics, including hotel accommodations and airport pickup when applicable.

Please note: Connexy does not offer medical or dental care directly. All treatment is provided by licensed third-party professionals.

3. Patient Responsibility

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide truthful and complete information.

Understand that final treatment decisions and prices are made by the dental clinic, not Connexy.

Coordinate your travel as needed unless otherwise specified.

4. Deposits and Payments

To confirm your treatment plan and begin travel coordination, a non-refundable deposit may be required. This deposit is credited toward your final clinic payment.

All quotes are provided in Canadian Dollars (CAD) or United States Dollars (USD) based on your country of residence.

Full payment for dental procedures is made directly to the clinic in Turkey.

Connexy does not perform or collect fees for the treatment itself.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits paid to Connexy are non-refundable unless stated in writing.

Cancellations or refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Travel-related services (flights, hotels, etc.) are subject to the policies of the respective providers.

6. No Medical Liability

Connexy is not a healthcare provider and does not guarantee treatment outcomes. All dental care is provided by third-party clinics. We are not liable for:

The results or quality of treatment.

Changes in treatment plans or clinic pricing.

Any complications, side effects, or injuries.

You are encouraged to consult a local licensed professional before making decisions about international care.

7. Privacy and Data Usage

8. Use of Website

You agree not to:

Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Attempt to compromise or reverse engineer any part of the website.

Reproduce, copy, or resell any part of our content or systems without permission.

Although our administrative office is located in Quebec, Smilifly does not offer services to residents of Quebec, and no services are marketed or delivered within the province.
